Maroon 5 Front Man Sues Activision Over Band Hero

It seems that even with the franchise dead at the moment Guitar Hero is causing publisher Activision Blizzard problems with Adam Levine, the leader of the pop rock band Maroon 5, suing the company because of how he was portrayed in the 2009 release Band Hero.

The singer says that he did agree to allow Activision to use his virtual image to perform a version of the Maroon 5 song “ She Will Be Loved” but alleges that he did not know and was not informed that his likeness can also be used
